Job Overview

Manage the full client lifecycle across Singapore, Malaysia and China, from lead qualification and onboarding to relationship management, renewal, retention and business growth. Build trusted client relationships, understand evolving business needs and work closely with internal teams to deliver effective solutions and drive client and portfolio growth.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead & Business Development – Qualify leads, understand client needs, recommend suitable solutions, manage commercial discussions and identify new business, upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  2. KYC & Client Onboarding – Manage KYC assessment and end-to-end onboarding, coordinate documentation and internal processes, and ensure a smooth and timely client experience.
  3. Client Relationship Management – Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, understand their business needs and coordinate timely solutions with internal teams.
  4. Retention & Renewal – Monitor account health and client satisfaction, manage renewal discussions, identify at-risk accounts and implement appropriate retention and recovery actions.
  5. Client Success & Growth – Resolve client issues, provide proactive account support, identify opportunities to enhance client value and contribute to renewal performance, client retention and portfolio revenue growth.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree and above with 3+ years of experience in client relationship management, client success, B2B sales, account management or a similar role.
  2. Proven experience managing corporate clients, with exposure to client retention, renewals and business development.
  3. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand client needs, recommend solutions and identify growth opportunities.
  4. Experience in KYC, AML, client onboarding or professional services is strongly preferred.
  5. Strong communication, relationship management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and work cross-functionally.
