The posting

Location: West, Singapore Salary: $4,000 – $6,000 + Commission Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm Industry: Industrial Tools & Hardware / Aerospace

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing accounts within the aerospace and aviation MRO sector.
  • Conduct regular outdoor sales visits to customers, including maintenance facilities, workshops and related aerospace companies.
  • Promote and sell industrial tools, precision tools, hardware and MRO consumables.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop new customer accounts.
  • Understand customers’ tooling and maintenance requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and follow up closely to secure orders.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers, including procurement, maintenance and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products.
  • Coordinate with internal sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and customer accounts.
  • Keep abreast of market activities, customer requirements and competitor developments.

Requirements

  • Diploma or above.
  • At least 3 years of B2B outdoor / field sales experience.
  • Experience dealing with customers in the aerospace /aviation industry is preferred.
  • Experience selling industrial tools, hardware, MRO products, engineering products or related products will be an advantage.
  • Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, sales-driven and comfortable with regular customer visits.
  • Valid Class 3 driving license.
