The posting

Kinetica Pte. Ltd. is a professional services firm providing corporate secretarial, immigration, payroll, bookkeeping, accounting, tax, and other advisory services to a variety of clients, including those of Kelvin Chia Partnership, the regional law firm with which we are associated.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join us as Accounts Manager (Client's).

Roles & Responsibilities

· Managea portfolio of clients, ensuring all statutory, regulatory, CPF, GST, and taxfilings are accurately prepared and submitted on time.

· Supervise, train, and mentor team members.

· Allocateclient portfolios and review quarterly and annual management accounts, annual unauditedfinancial statements, monthly payroll (including Form IR8A and tax clearanceForm IR21), tax computations, quarterly GST returns, and annual corporateincome tax returns prepared by team members.

· Liaise with clients, our corporate secretary, and external auditors to ensure that statutory deadlines are met.

· Support business growth by strengthening client relationships and identifying opportunities for value-added services.

· Handle additional ad-hoc accounting tasks as needed.

Requirements

· Bachelor’sDegree in Accountancy or professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent).

· Minimum5 years of relevant accounting experience, with proven supervisory orsenior-level experience.

· Strong knowledge offull-set accounting, month-end closing, financial reporting, and management reporting.

· Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), GST and CPF regulations, and corporate compliance requirements.

· Proficiency in MS Excel.

· Able to manage multiple client engagements effectively and work under tight deadlines.

· Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset.

· Strong verbal and written fluency in Mandarin is a plus, as the role involves managing Chinese-speaking client portfolios.
