Accounts Receivable Executive | 3-Month Contract to Permnent

📍 Tampines 💰 $2,800–$3,200/month (higher salary may be considered for candidates with relevant experience) 🏠 Hybrid: 2 Days WFH + 3 Days Office 📅 3-Month Contract → Potential Permanent Conversion 🚀 ASAP Start

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle Accounts Receivable matters for multiple centres • Perform reconciliation of payments and customer accounts • Follow up on outstanding and past-due accounts • Identify payment discrepancies and escalate issues where required • Monitor slow-paying accounts and support collection activities • Communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments • Support improvements to AR processes and workflows • Maintain accurate and confidential financial records • Ensure compliance with relevant financial requirements • Occasional visits to other centres may be required
