The posting

About the role

A new tuition centre in Singapore is looking for an organised, friendly admin assistant to be the first point of contact for parents. The role is part-time and fully remote.

What you’ll do

  • Reply to parent enquiries on WhatsApp
  • Manage student enrolment, trial lessons and class placements
  • Coordinate timetables with the teachers
  • Send invoices and follow up on fee payments
  • Keep attendance records and arrange make-up lessons

What we’re looking for

  • Excellent written English and a warm, clear way with parents
  • Good organisation and attention to detail
  • Comfort with WhatsApp and spreadsheets
  • A reliable internet connection
  • Able to reply quickly to parents during working hours [10am to 9pm, Singapore time]
  • Experience in a tuition or enrichment centre is a plus
