About the role

Admin and Customer Services role combining customer support with design and administrative responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with customer enquiries and follow-ups
  • Prepare simple artwork using design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canvas and etc.)
  • Handle general administrative duties and data entry
  • Coordinate with the production team when required
