Job Summary

You will support Loanify’s daily administrative and operational activities by managing records, assisting with financing applications, and coordinating documentation between customers, financial institutions, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Organise and maintain accurate customer and application records to support financing processes
  • Prepare, check, and submit financing application documents ensuring completeness and accuracy
  • Update internal systems and databases with precise customer information for operational efficiency
  • Follow up with customers to obtain outstanding documents and information required for applications
  • Coordinate communication between customers, financial institutions, and internal teams to clarify application requirements and status
  • Track and monitor ongoing financing applications to ensure timely progress and resolution
  • Prepare basic reports, records, and administrative documents to support team operations
  • Perform filing, scanning, data entry, and general office administration to maintain organised workflows
  • Manage and protect confidential customer and financial information in compliance with company policies
  • Support customer service and sales teams with administrative tasks as needed to enhance team productivity
  • Assist with operational duties and ad-hoc projects to contribute to company growth and efficiency
  • Adhere to company procedures and compliance requirements to maintain regulatory standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Previous experience in administrative roles, banking, finance, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to efficiently manage documentation and communication
