The posting
This role is for a fresh grad or early-career creative who is excited by the intersection of AI, filmmaking, design and post-production.
You might already be experimenting with tools for generative video, image creation, voice, music, concept development, storyboarding or AI-assisted editing. You don’t need to know everything — the tools are changing too quickly for that anyway — but you do need to be curious, visually strong and willing to experiment.
You’ll work alongside our production and post team across real client projects, helping us explore new ways to use AI creatively and practically.
You could be working on:
- Generative video and image creation
- AI-assisted concept development and visualisation
- Storyboards, mood films and creative treatments
- AI voice, audio and music workflows
- Creating and refining prompts
- Testing new AI creative platforms and techniques
- Combining AI-generated material with live action and traditional post
- Editing, compositing, colour and finishing
- Developing repeatable AI workflows for real production environments
We’re less interested in whether you know one particular AI platform and more interested in how you think creatively with the tools.
We’re looking for someone with:
- A strong visual eye
- An interest in film, advertising, design or storytelling
- Genuine enthusiasm for generative AI and emerging creative technology
- Some experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects or DaVinci Resolve
- The willingness to experiment, fail, learn and try again
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- A portfolio, reel or even a collection of personal AI experiments that shows us how you think
If you’re the person constantly trying the latest AI video model, figuring out strange new workflows, making things just to see if they’re possible, and wondering where all of this is heading creatively — we’d like to meet you.
At editlounge, you’ll get the chance to work on real projects, learn from experienced production and post people, and help shape how we use AI as it becomes an increasingly important part of what we do.
