Join a specialized financial system transformation team to manage dataset extraction, transaction reconciliation, and data transfer workflows for enterprise trading platforms.

  • Perform data extraction, dataset profiling, and field mapping across legacy source systems and target platform environments.
  • Write and maintain query scripts and automation routines to support data cleansing, format conversions, and bulk import processes.
  • Execute system reconciliation checks on trade histories, counterparty details, market parameters, and balance sheet balances.
  • Conduct root cause investigations on data discrepancies, log technical issues, and execute test cases across integration phases.
  • Maintain data transformation specifications, migration runbooks, and interface control logs throughout project milestones.

skills and experience required.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data migration, data analysis, or ETL delivery within capital markets or financial services.
  • Practical knowledge of capital markets trading platforms, trade lifecycle data structures, counterparty reference data, and financial products.
  • Advanced proficiency in writing SQL queries for data extraction, verification, and diagnostic analysis.
  • Experience using scripting languages for automated data processing, transformation, and job execution monitoring.
  • Proven ability to investigate reconciliation breaks, manage defect triage, and execute system integration testing.
