The posting

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement AI/ML, LLM, Computer Vision and predictive analytics solutions for construction projects.
  •  Integrate BIM, ERP, project, site and IoT data to support project delivery and decision-making.
  •  Develop data pipelines, dashboards and digital workflows using Python, SQL, Power BI and related tools.
  •  Identify business needs and translate them into practical and scalable digital solutions.
  •  Collaborate with project and site teams to test, implement and drive adoption of digital solutions.
  •  Ensure data quality, security, governance and solution performance.
  •  Evaluate emerging AI and digital technologies and develop relevant pilot solutions.

Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
  •  Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in AI, Data Science, Digital Engineering or similar role.
  •  Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, AI/ML and data analytics.
  •  Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, BI tools and BIM/project systems.
  •  Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  •  Construction, engineering or infrastructure experience is preferred.

  •  Autodesk Construction Cloud / Revit APIs
  •  Primavera P6 / Procore
  •  GIS and spatial analytics
  •  AI/digital solution deployment in construction environments
