Shape the Future Through AI, Automation & Digital Transformation

We are looking for a driven and innovative AI & Digital Transformation Project Executive to lead technology-driven initiatives that transform the way our business operates.

You will work at the intersection of AI, automation, data, software and business operations, turning ideas and business challenges into practical digital solutions. From identifying opportunities to implementing new technologies and measuring business impact, you will play a key role in driving our digital transformation journey.

What You Will Do

  • Lead end-to-end AI, digitalization, automation and transformation projects, from initial concept through implementation and deployment
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, risk registers and implementation roadmaps to ensure successful project delivery
  • Engage business stakeholders to understand their challenges, gather requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions
  • Work with IT teams, software developers, vendors and business users to deliver integrated digital solutions
  • Evaluate and implement AI, automation, simulation and data analytics technologies to improve business performance
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities to automate, simplify and improve workflows
  • Support software development, system integration, implementation, testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Track project outcomes and business benefits, including productivity gains, cost savings, quality improvements and reduced lead times
  • Drive user adoption through effective communication, training and change management
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Research emerging AI and digital technologies and identify opportunities to apply them to real business challenges
  • Prepare project updates, reports and presentations for management and key stakeholders

What We Are Looking For

  • Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Technology or a related discipline
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in AI, digitalization, automation, IT transformation, technology projects or project management
  • Proven experience delivering AI, automation, digitalization or digital transformation projects
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities and project timelines
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, vendors and senior stakeholders
  • Good understanding of AI, data analytics and digital technologies
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python and/or C# will be an advantage
  • Familiarity with APIs, databases, system integration and automation technologies
  • Experience with system implementation, software testing and UAT
  • Experience in aerospace, MRO, engineering or manufacturing will be an added advantage
