📢 AI Systems Engineer

  • 💰 $5,000/month

  • ⏰ Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week (Monday–Friday)

🎓 Job Requirements

  • Singapore Citizen.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
  • Proficient in at least two of the following: Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop), Power Apps, Dataverse, Microsoft 365 integrations or Azure AI Services.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to prepare technical documentation and support non-technical users.

📋 Job Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy secure, scalable multi-agent AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Agents SDK.
  • Develop AI agent workflows to coordinate specialised agents and support complex business processes.
  • Integrate AI solutions with external data sources, APIs and enterprise systems using Microsoft Dataverse and custom connectors.
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows and applications using Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate AI agent accuracy and functionality.
  • Manage deployments across development, testing and production environments.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, integration failures, API latency and unexpected AI agent behaviour.
  • Monitor system performance, agent health and resource usage.
  • Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical documentation and user training materials.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
