The posting

Role & Responsibilities

1. To carry out preventive maintenance and servicing of industrial and commercial ACMV Equipments (FCU, AHU, Chillers, Pumps and Cooling Tower).

2. To diagnose problems, troubleshoot equipment fault and carry out repair and chemical overhaul works.

3. To provide recommendations and appropriate solutions to ensure continuous system operations including propose and upsell aircon services to customers.

4. To conduct testing and commissioning of newly installed aircon system.

5. To ensure all works carried out are in accordance with safety procedures.

6. To ensure proper documentation of service report (write in English) for customer endorsement.

7. To attend any other ad hoc duties assigned by reporting manager or management.

Requirements

1. Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical / Electronic Engineering.

2. 8 Years of working experience in servicing single / multi split unit and VRV System.

3. Must be able to handle physical work due to job nature.

4. Self-motivated and hardworking.

5. Able to write and communicate in English.

6. Possess a Singapore Class 3 Driver's License is a must (vehicle provided by company).

7. 6 Days workweek (8.30 AM to 5.30 PM).

8. Wiling to work on Sunday to attend emergency repairs and customer complaints.

9. preferably with a certification BCA License (Aircon License) - Installation of structural supports for Aircon Units or equivalent.

10. Knowledge in SCDF Safety Requirements for handling of R32 Gas.

11. This position is open to Singaporeans and Singapore PR only.

12. SGD $ 2,500 - $ 3,300
