The posting

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Conduct general servicing for aircon systems
  • Conduct chemical overhaul for aircon systems
  • Diagnose,troubleshoot and repair aircon systems
  • Propose and upsell aircon services to customers
  • Perform site surveys and advise customers on installation details
  • Daily reporting and weekly reporting to direct manager
  • Perform other air-conditioning servicing, maintenance and related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor

Requirements:

  • Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to perform physically demanding work, including carrying and handling air-conditioning equipment and tools, and working at customer sites.
  • Able to use mobile devices and basic mobile applications for work-related reporting and communication.
  • Willing to learn new air-conditioning systems, equipment and servicing procedures.
  • Prior experience in air-conditioning servicing, maintenance, electrical, mechanical or related technical work will be an advantage.
  • Effective handling of fault / emergency repairs and customer complaints
  • Possession of a Class 3 driving licence will be an advantage for travelling to customer sites.
