The posting

  • Oversee daily airfreight operations, covering both import and export shipments, to ensure efficient and timely execution.
  • Lead and supervise the airfreight team, providing operational guidance and monitoring performance to maintain service standards.
  • Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, overseas agents and customers to manage shipment bookings, documentation and delivery arrangements.
  • Monitor shipment schedules, operational costs and service quality to ensure customer requirements and business objectives are met.
  • Resolve shipment discrepancies, service disruptions, customer complaints and other operational issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, airline partners, agents and other business stakeholders.
  • Monitor departmental performance, operating budgets and profitability, and implement appropriate cost-control measures.
  • Ensure airfreight activities comply with applicable customs regulations, company policies and relevant industry requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance operational efficiency, strengthen customer satisfaction and support business growth.
