Introduction

The LBBW APAC 360 is a 24-month structured programme designed to develop future banking professionals through immersive rotations, international exposure, and hands-on experience across key business areas.

You will be involved in a wide range of business processes, regardless of your chosen track, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how the bank operates. As part of a lean and collaborative team, you will benefit from meaningful exposure and early responsibilities, while leveraging LBBW’s strong presence in Germany and growing footprint in Asia.

Upon successful completion of the programme, trainees will be considered for permanent roles aligned with their strengths, performance, and business needs.

As an LBBW APAC 360 Trainee, you will have the opportunity to:

1. Experience Diverse Rotations

Gain exposure to a wide range of business areas through structured rotations and potential international assignments, broadening your perspective and building professional expertise.

While you will select a primary career track, the programme is designed to provide exposure beyond your specialization.

You will rotate across multiple functions, both aligned with and beyond your track, to gain a holistic understanding of LBBW’s business model, workflows, and interconnected functions. This cross-functional exposure equips you with a well-rounded skillset and a broader strategic perspective.

3. Mentoring & Networking

Be guided by an experienced mentor and participate in networking opportunities with colleagues across functions and regions.

4. Global Exposure

Undertake attachments to regional branches or head office to develop a global mindset and cross-cultural awareness.

5. High-Profile Projects

Contribute to meaningful and high-profile projects that create real business impact.

6. Learning

Build technical and professional capabilities through hands-on experience, structured training, and dedicated workshops.
