The posting

  • Provide technical and application support to customers, including assistance with product implementation and technical enquiries.
  • Perform product testing, verification, and qualification to ensure product functionality and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and debug hardware, software, and application-related issues.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, test records, reports, and other engineering documents.
  • Support general engineering administrative activities, including the purchasing of laboratory equipment and related ERP processes.
  • Prepare and update 2D/CAD drawings as required.
  • Work closely with internal engineering teams to support product development and resolve technical issues.

Academic Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.

Candidates with knowledge or experience in some of the following areas would be advantageous:

  • Motion control or automation systems
  • Electronics/electrical engineering
  • Programming or software debugging
  • Product testing and troubleshooting
  • CAD/2D technical drawings
  • Customer technical/application support
