Full-stack GIS development, geospatial data management, system integration, and the application of Generative AI and GeoAI techniques to modernize GIS platforms and improve business outcomes.

Experience: 5-10 years in GIS

GIS Application Development

Develop and maintain GIS applications using:

• ArcGIS API for JavaScript

• Develop APIs and microservices supporting GIS workflows.

• ArcGIS Experience Builder

• ArcGIS Web AppBuilder

• ArcGIS SDKs

• ArcGIS Runtime

• Develop custom GIS tools, widgets, and workflows.

• Build responsive web and mobile GIS solutions.

• Integrate GIS applications with enterprise systems

• ArcGIS Enterprise Administration

o ArcGIS Enterprise

o ArcGIS Server

o ArcGIS Portal

o ArcGIS Data Store

o ArcGIS Workflow Manager

• Implement security hardening, identity management, and role-based access controls in ArcGIS

• Monitor, tune, and optimize GIS platform performance.

• Geospatial Data Analytics

• Design enterprise geodatabases and spatial data models.

• Develop GIS automation solutions using:

o FME

o Python

o ArcPy

o GeoPandas

• Integrate GIS platforms with Generative AI solutions such as Azure OpenAI and Copilot-based assistants.

• Automation & DevSecOps

Domain Knowledge on:

• Utility Network

• Trace Network

• Linear Referencing Systems

• Asset Management GIS models

AI & GeoAI Development:

• Build AI-driven GIS solutions

• ArcGIS GeoAI

• Machine Learning

Further to be evaluated on:

• Successful delivery of enterprise GIS modernization initiatives.

• Improved GIS platform scalability, security, and performance.

• Increased automation through AI and GeoAI capabilities.
