Job Summary

Lead architectural projects from design through execution while collaborating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Design architectural projects to meet client requirements and regulatory standards
  • Execute project plans and manage timelines to ensure on-time delivery
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align project goals
  • Lead and manage internal and external teams to drive project progress and resolve issues
  • Utilize ARCHICAD and Photoshop software to develop and present architectural designs

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum 2 years of local architectural experience
  • Degree from a university recognized by the Singapore Board of Architects
