◆Role Overview:

Join a leading architectural and built-environment organisation that is investing in digital project delivery capabilities.

This role is ideal for an Architectural Designer, BIM Coordinator, or BIM Technologist who enjoys both hands-on architectural delivery and digital innovation.

You will contribute to live architectural projects while helping to improve BIM standards, model coordination processes, automation workflows, and digital project delivery capabilities.

The position offers opportunities to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and support the development of scalable digital delivery standards.

◆Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to concept design, design development, multidisciplinary coordination, tender documentation, and construction-stage delivery.
  • Manage assigned architectural work packages under the guidance of project leadership.
  • Develop coordinated architectural BIM models and prepare plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules, and construction documentation.
  • Establish and maintain Revit project environments, templates, families, shared parameters, and BIM standards.
  • Support BIM Execution Plans (BEP), information requirements, and model coordination protocols.
  • Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models and work with consultants to resolve project issues.
  • Conduct model health checks, clash detection, model audits, and digital QA/QC reviews.
  • Develop automated model checking, reporting, and production workflows using tools such as Dynamo, Python, Grasshopper, or similar platforms.
  • Support tender queries, RFIs, shop drawing reviews, site coordination, and project updates within the scope of experience.
  • Act as a BIM and computational design resource across multiple projects while maintaining architectural delivery responsibilities.
  • Train and support project teams by developing reusable standards, workflows, and best-practice playbooks.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

◆Requirements:

[Must Have]

  • Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related built-environment discipline.
  • Approximately 3-5 years of relevant architectural and BIM project experience (exceptional candidates may also be considered).
  • Strong Autodesk Revit proficiency and experience producing coordinated architectural documentation.
  • Experience in design development, architectural detailing, construction documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination.
  • Strong understanding of BIM coordination across architecture, structural, and MEP disciplines.
  • Experience with model federation, clash detection, model health assessments, and BIM QA/QC processes.
  • Ability to develop and manage Revit templates, families, schedules, and project standards.
  • Willingness to contribute directly to architectural project delivery beyond BIM management responsibilities.
  • Interest in applying AI technologies to BIM, coordination, quality assurance, and project delivery.

[Good to Have]

  • Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, Navisworks, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with Dynamo, Grasshopper, Python, or other scripting and automation tools.
  • Understanding of ISO 19650 principles.
  • Experience in renovation, adaptive reuse, conversion, AEI, or existing-building projects.
  • Experience with authority submissions, tender documentation, RFIs, shop drawings, or construction-stage coordination.
  • Experience supporting distributed or offshore BIM teams.
  • Experience completing at least one BIM project lifecycle from design through construction or completion.
