Weare looking for a Architectural Designer/ Senior Architectural Designer to be akey part of our team, who will be responsible for design, design development,and ensuring design intent is implemented.

Theideal candidate will be passionate about both architecture and interior design,have a strong portfolio in high-end residential projects and hotels at bothdesign and construction stage, and is able to build a rapport with Clients,Consultants and Contractors.

Job Title: Architectural Designer/ SeniorArchitectural Designer

Responsibilities

· Oversee the design,design development, construction process and ensure that project is on scheduleand design intent is implemented

· Prepare designdrawings, tender drawings, specifications, contract drawings and workingdrawings for coordination with Clients, Consultants and Contractors

· Ensure codecompliance and monitor submission timeline

· Manage a remotedrafting team

· Build rapport withClients, Contractors and Consultants

· Manage multipleprojects simultaneously and meet project timelines

· Conduct sitemeetings, site walks for projects under construction

· Assist Project Architectwith contract administration

Qualificationsand Skills

· Minimum 5 years ofexperience in Singapore

· Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’sdegree in Architecture

· Experience in high-endresidential houses, subdivision of landed houses and hospitality projects

· Experienced in Singaporebuilding regulations and contract administration

· Ability to managemultiple projects and work collaboratively with a team

· Proficient with architecturaldetailing and delight in crafting beautiful spaces

· Strong oral andwritten communication skills

· Proficient in AutoCAD,SketchUp, VRay / Enscape

· QP would be a bonus
