The posting

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the QS team in contract, tender, and project cost management.
  • Set up and monitor project cost plans, budgets, and cost control.
  • Manage tendering, including tender analysis and evaluation.
  • Oversee bid preparation, documentation, and submission.
  • Manage claims, variation orders, and final account settlement.
  • Support industry programmes and business development initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and industry contacts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and gather market/client intelligence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field preferred.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in interpreting drawings.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player, able to meet tight deadlines.
  • High initiative with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
