Introduction

We work with established hotels in Singapore, partnering with them to recruit quality talent across Sales, F&B Operations, Hotel Operations and Corporate Functions. Our focus is on connecting hospitality professionals with opportunities to grow their careers while supporting our clients’ talent and business needs.

Job Scope

  • Support the Director of Sales in executing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets.
  • Manage key accounts and develop new corporate business.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, client activities and team performance.
  • Build relationships with corporate clients, travel partners and event organizers.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in hospitality sales.
  • Solid hotel sales experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and client relationship skills.
  • Results-driven with good commercial awareness.
