The posting

Key Purpose

Manage and administer regional business systems, including CRM, SAP/ERP, AP-GCD, and Fleekdrive, while supporting spare parts management, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain CRM, SAP/ERP (CS & MM modules), AP-GCD, and Fleekdrive systems.
  • Generate, analyze, and manage reports to support business operations and decision-making.
  • Manage spare parts master data, pricing, material activation, and lifecycle updates.
  • Monitor spare parts inventory movement and support replenishment optimization initiatives.
  • Maintain and update regional spare parts price lists.
  • Support system enhancement, process improvement, and regional projects.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with SAP/ERP and CRM system administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data management.
  • Experience in spare parts management, material master maintenance, or pricing administration is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to travel occasionally within the region.
