Job Description:

  • Lead the planning and coordination of internal service awards and external award submissions, including nominations, documentation, evaluation, and recognition events.
  • Design, develop, and facilitate training programmes, learning materials, and curricula to strengthen service excellence capabilities across the organisation.
  • Coordinate learning initiatives, including learning visits, co-training programmes, e-learning, and on-the-ground service coaching.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, HR, and external partners to implement service excellence and staff development initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in training and recognition processes by leveraging digital tools, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance work efficiency.
  • Evaluate programme effectiveness, gather feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance learning outcomes and embed a culture of service excellence.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Education, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, with hands-on experience in training design, curriculum development, and facilitation.
