Job Summary

Lead and manage restaurant floor operations to deliver exceptional dining experiences, achieve sales targets, and uphold high standards of service, safety, and team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead restaurant floor operations in the absence of the Manager to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and maintain a culture of service excellence and operational efficiency through effective systems and training
  • Manage daily operations of an appointed Japanese restaurant to meet business objectives
  • Deliver memorable dining experiences by overseeing guest service quality and environment
  • Support recruitment by interviewing and hiring team members aligned with company values
  • Train staff comprehensively to prepare them for successful performance and career growth
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and operational procedures to maintain standards
  • Drive productivity improvements across all restaurant areas to optimize performance and guest satisfaction

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
