⭐ ASSISTANT RETAIL SUPERVISOR | UP TO $2,950| 5 DAYS

📍 Locations: Islandwide

💰 Gross Salary: $2,600 – $2,950/month

📅 Working Days: 5 days per week, including weekends and Public Holidays based on roster

✨ Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Retail Supervisor in overseeing daily store operations.
  • Guide retail associates in customer service, cashiering and merchandise handling.
  • Monitor stock levels, inventory accuracy and replenishment activities.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, task allocation and operational coordination.
  • Ensure store displays and housekeeping meet company standards.
  • Support sales initiatives and resolve customer enquiries.
  • Assist with staff training and performance improvement.

✅ Requirements

  • Preferably 4-5 years of retail experience.
  • Experience supporting store operations or guiding team members is advantageous.
  • Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage multiple operational responsibilities.
  • Comfortable working rostered shifts.
