About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Associate Director to lead project delivery, oversee design coordination, and manage project teams across all stages of architectural projects, from concept design through to construction completion. The successful candidate will work closely with the Principal Architect, consultants, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity, technical excellence, and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing project processes from conception to construction completion, ensuring consistency of design idea and good practice.
  • Working closely with Principal Architect, fellow architects, associated consultant, and stakeholders throughout project life span.
  • Project management - communication and coordination with client, consultants, authorities, and all other stakeholders.
  • Preparing and producing drawings, construction documents, and specifications to high international standard at various stages.
  • In charge of the overall coordination of the project from design to completion.
  • Leadership in managing the team to ensure successful implementation of various stages of complex international projects.
  • Any other reasonable scopes that may arise for Associate Director of an Architectural practice.
