🚀 We’re Hiring: Associate Engineer

Looking to build your career in networking? Join our team as an Associate Engineer and gain hands-on exposure to IP service provisioning, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting.

📍 Job Highlights

Salary: Up to $3,300 per month Work Location: Serangoon North Ave 5 Employment Type: 12-Month Contract

🧩 Key Responsibilities

  • Provision, implement, test, and turn up customer IP services
  • Perform technical validation of customer IP orders
  • Coordinate with Service Delivery, Project Management, and Field Engineering teams on IP service implementation
  • Identify technical issues that may impact service delivery timelines or quality
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and fault isolation during initial installation
  • Escalate and follow through with relevant teams to resolve technical issues

✅ Requirements

  • NITEC or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or related disciplines
  • Relevant experience or training in network engineering, hardware, or network support
  • Good understanding of IP networking
  • Good communication and customer relationship skills
