Job Description
- Plan and support major meetings, hybrid events, webinars, live productions, recordings and video production.
- Set up and operate AV/VC systems, control rooms, recording studios and live-streaming equipment.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, production teams and external vendors on multimedia content creation and post-production.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, trouble shoot technical issues and maintain equipment inventories.
- Manage AV contractors, monitor service performance and administer contracts, including verification of services and payments.
- Lead and coordinate AV operations and support large-scale AV implementation projects.
Requirements
- Diploma in Media, Mass Communications, AV or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in broad casting, live production, or AV/VC operations and maintenance, with supervisory responsibility.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Creative Suite, video editing and photography.
- Good understanding of cameras, video switchers, lighting, sound and live-streaming software such as TriCaster, OBS or v Mix.
- Experience with filming equipment, studio production and working on production sets or as part of a production team.
- Experience in project management of large-scale AV implementations.
- Proficient in AV/VC systems such as Crestron, Extron or Bosch. Up to date with broadcasting and AV/VC technology developments.
