Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on Retail products and services in local market
  • Prepare product or system requirement document
  • Coordinate with technical team of H.O. for project on new products or system enhancement request
  • Work out solution for functionality defects
  • Support branches to solve any issues related to product and system
  • Dedicated in digitalization of personal banking cater to envolving industry
  • Follow up on product and system upgrade
  • Any work assigned from time to time by supervisor or the Management

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Banking and Finance or related discipline
  • At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
  • Candidates with strong knowledge in data analysis or promotional content creation will be advantageous
  • Fresh Graduates with Retail Banking experience are welcome to apply
  • Fluent written and spoken Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills technology savvy
  • Good team player
