Café Candela | Bukit Pasoh, Singapore

Café Candela is an exciting new Latin American restaurant and bar bringing together authentic flavours, vibrant culture, great cocktails, and warm hospitality.

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and passionate Bartender to join our opening team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve classic cocktails, Latin-inspired signature drinks, wines, beers, and other beverages.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Monitor beverage inventory, stock levels, and minimise wastage.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
  • Assist in developing creative cocktails and seasonal drink promotions.
  • Work closely with management to ensure smooth operations during regular service and special events.

Requirements

  • Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment.
  • Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage preparation.
  • Friendly, confident personality with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Responsible, organised, and able to work efficiently during busy periods.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Interest in Latin American culture, music, and hospitality is a plus.
