Batch Operations Lead

About the role

We are hiring a Batch Operations Lead for a managed IT infrastructure and security services engagement supporting a public sector organisation in Singapore. This is an on-site role supporting a 24x7 operational environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage batch processing operations
  • Ensure batch jobs scheduled, executed, monitored and recovered
  • Lead batch operations team including shift scheduling

What you will bring

  • 5+ years batch operations/IT operations; 2+ years lead managing batch processing
  • Batch processing management
  • Job scheduling tools
  • Incident response for batch failures
  • Shift management
  • SOAR/automation familiarity

Qualifications & certifications

  • Degree in CS/IT or related

Work arrangement

  • Location: Singapore, on-site at client premises
  • Employment type: Contract / Permanent / Full Time
  • Working days: Shift-based, as per operations roster
  • The successful candidate must be able to obtain the required government security clearance before starting
  • Candidates with existing CAT security clearance will be preferred
