💰 Salary & Benefits

  • Guaranteed Basic Salary: $2,000/month
  • Flagship Allowance: Up to $2,000/month, subject to applicable proration
  • Earning Potential: Approximately $3,500–$4,500+ gross/month, including basic salary, applicable allowance and commission
  • Uncapped Sales Commission: Earn more based on sales performance
  • Monthly Incentives: Performance-based bonuses and product allowances
  • Beauty Perks: Complimentary luxury beauty kit and staff discounts
  • Career Progression: Opportunities to advance to Senior Consultant or Counter Manager

Actual earnings vary according to sales performance, eligibility and applicable allowance terms.

💄 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalised beauty consultations and recommend suitable skincare, makeup and beauty products based on customers' needs
  • Deliver attentive service and build lasting customer relationships
  • Demonstrate product features, benefits and application techniques where required
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective customer engagement and product recommendations
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on beauty trends and promotions
  • Ensure product displays and counters are clean, organised and well-presented
  • Support stock replenishment and daily store operations
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver a positive customer experience

🎯 Requirements

  • Passionate about beauty, skincare, cosmetics, makeup or fragrance
  • Previous experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, premium retail or sales is an advantage
  • Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident in engaging customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products
  • Comfortable working towards sales targets in a retail environment
  • Positive, well-groomed, responsible and team-oriented
  • Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays

🕒 Working Hours

Retail shifts within approximately 10:00am–10:00pm, depending on outlet operating hours. Shift schedules may vary by location.
