Job Summary

Amber Beila Beauty is looking for a motivated Beauty Advisor to provide professional skincare consultations, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets through excellent service and personalized recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional skincare consultations and recommend suitable treatments and packages based on clients’ needs
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and long-term loyalty
  • Understand clients’ concerns and deliver personalized beauty and skincare recommendations
  • Respond to customer enquiries professionally and assist in closing sales
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the outlet’s overall performance
  • Follow up with clients to maintain good after-sales service and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and professional customer experience

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in beauty, skincare, aesthetic, retail, or sales-related environments
  • Experience in client consultation and recommending suitable treatment packages
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively
  • Confidence in sales and ability to engage customers to meet sales goals
  • Customer-focused, results-driven, and service-oriented approach
  • Positive attitude with teamwork skills and willingness to learn

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
