JUNGSAEMMOOL Beauty, the Number 1 K-celebrity Makeup Artist Brand, is now open at ION, and we are looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable Beauty Advisors to join our dynamic team. If you have a flair for beauty products and a commitment to exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!

Position: Beauty Advisor

Location: JUNGSAEMMOOL ION Orchard Boutique / JUNGSAEMMOOL Flagship Store (27 Scotts Road)

Employment Type: [Full-Time]

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and offering personalized beauty advice.
  • Demonstrate and promote a wide range of beauty products, including skincare, makeup, and professional tools from JUNGSAEMMOOL Beauty.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer queries and make informed recommendations.
  • Assist customers in selecting products that best suit their needs and preferences.
  • Ensure the beauty section of the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Handle sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and product launches, particularly K-beauty trends.
  • Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong passion for beauty products and trends, especially K-beauty.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and provide personalized service.
  • Knowledge of skincare, makeup, and fragrance products.
  • Sales-driven with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
