We're hiring Beauty Advisors for an established international luxury beauty brand in Singapore!

Join the world of designer fragrance and beauty, where product knowledge, personalised service and strong sales skills make the difference.

Location: Central Singapore Salary: Up to $2,500 basic + allowances + incentives Working Hours: Retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays Positions Available: Beauty Advisor / Fragrance Consultant

Job Responsibilities

  • Recommend fragrances and beauty products based on customer preferences
  • Introduce product features, fragrance notes and collections
  • Deliver personalised consultations and product demonstrations
  • Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases
  • Achieve individual and counter sales targets
  • Handle cashiering, stock replenishment and inventory checks
  • Maintain attractive product displays and counter presentation

Job Requirements

  • Retail sales or customer service experience is advantageous
  • Experience in beauty, fragrance or luxury retail is advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable with sales targets and customer engagement
  • Willing to learn product knowledge and brand standards
  • Able to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays
