Job Description

Are you passionate about beauty and driven by sales? We are seeking a dynamic Beauty Advisor to represent prestigious luxury brands in a fast-paced travel retail environment at Changi Airport.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves makeup, skincare, and fragrance, and thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences to a diverse international clientele.

What You Will Do

  • Drive Sales: Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets through proactive selling and excellent service.
  • Flash Makeup Services: Perform quick, professional makeup applications for customers on the go.
  • Product Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of luxury makeup, skincare, and fragrance products to advise and upsell to customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Build rapport with travellers from around the world and create memorable beauty experiences.
  • Housekeeping & Stock: Maintain a pristine beauty counter and ensure stock levels are replenished and well-organised.
  • Brand Representation: Uphold the highest standards of grooming and professionalism at all times.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Experience: Prior experience in makeup artistry, beauty retail, or luxury fashion is a bonus.
  • Sales Driven: Proven track record of meeting sales targets and a genuine passion for driving results.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English. Additional language proficiency is a strong bonus.
  • Grooming: Well-groomed, presentable, and confident in representing luxury brands.
  • Flexibility: Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, in a travel retail environment.
  • Attitude: Energetic, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
