Job Description

We are seeking a customer-oriented Beauty Consultant / Beauty Advisor to join a premium luxury skincare and beauty retail environment in Orchard, Central Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct skincare consultations to understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable beauty and skincare products.
  • Demonstrate products, explain key benefits and provide personalised product recommendations to support purchasing decisions.
  • Drive retail sales by engaging customers, promoting relevant products and working towards sales targets.
  • Build lasting customer relationships through CRM management, follow-ups and personalised service.
  • Maintain visual merchandising, counter cleanliness, product displays and stock accuracy.
  • Prepare basic sales reports and performance updates using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Support promotional campaigns, VIP events and brand activities to enhance customer engagement.

Job Requirements

  • Passion for skincare, beauty products and customer service.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Prior experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, skincare sales or customer service is an advantage.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for sales reporting.
  • Willingness to learn skincare product knowledge and consultation techniques.
  • Fresh graduates and candidates seeking a career switch into the beauty industry are welcome to apply.
