C. Multidisciplinary Coordination & Clash Resolution

  • Engineering Services Coordination: Coordinate engineering services within congested project areas, ensuring adequate clearance between piping, ducting, equipment, cable containment, structures and architectural elements.
  • Equipment and Utility Coordination: Coordinate equipment locations, service routes, maintenance clearances, ceiling-mounted services, utility drops and equipment interfaces.
  • Constructability Review: Review layouts for installation feasibility, accessibility and constructability.
  • Clash Resolution and Follow-Up: Work collaboratively with the BIM Engineer / Drafter and relevant engineering teams to review clash reports, determine appropriate corrective actions and follow up on outstanding issues until resolution.
  • Design Conflict Identification: Highlight design conflicts and potential site installation constraints before construction.
  • Model Revision Implementation: Coordinate approved model revisions and incorporate technical requirements into coordinated models.

D. Tender, Site & Construction Support

  • Tender Preparation: Assist engineering teams in preparing tender drawings, preliminary equipment and utility layouts, quantity take-offs and technical submissions.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
