The posting

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project teams on all BIM aspects of the project
  • Prepare architectural and structural shop drawings and working drawings in Revit
  • Extract information from 3D Revit models and resolve drawing discrepancies with the Engineering Department and project team
  • Provide timely BIM coordination and accurate information for construction
  • Develop detailed drawings and specifications to meet client and consultant requests
  • Prepare as-built drawings for project handover
  • Assist tender bids by developing floor plans and sectional drawings
  • Attend technical and BIM meetings as required
  • Deliver all drawings on time

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Specialist Diploma or certification in BIM Management (or equivalent) from a recognised institution
  • Strong skills in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and Microsoft Office
  • Good design sense, problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with clients, consultants, contractors and specialists
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Collaborative, with sound industry knowledge
