Support Multidisciplinary BIM Coordination Across Major Building Construction Projects

Company: Leading A1 Main Contractor

Position: BIM Modeller / BIM Coordinator (C&S / M&E / Architectural)

Working Week: Monday – Friday, 5 Days per Week

Salary: SGD 4,500 – SGD 6,500 (Highly Negotiable)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, maintain and update BIM models and drawings across Architectural, C&S and M&E disciplines in accordance with project requirements.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models, ensuring effective integration between Architectural, Structural and M&E works.
  • Perform clash detection, model reviews and technical coordination to identify and resolve design and construction-related issues.
  • Prepare and coordinate BIM models, shop drawings, construction drawings and technical submissions.
  • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, BIM teams and site engineers to ensure BIM models reflect construction requirements.
  • Support the BIM Manager and project teams in model coordination, BIM submissions, documentation and implementation throughout the construction lifecycle.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Building Services, BIM or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant BIM Modelling / Coordination experience in building construction projects.
  • Experience in Architectural, C&S and/or M&E BIM modelling and coordination, with multidisciplinary project exposure advantageous.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM modelling and clash detection.
  • Experience working with an A1/Main Contractor in Singapore is strongly preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore BIM practices, construction drawings, BIM submissions and multidisciplinary coordination, with strong communication and technical skills.
