The posting

Responsibilities

  • In charge of producing shop drawings for execution of works onsite according to schedule
  • Responsible for attendance to daily site co-ordination meeting and provide detail co-ordination with sub-contractors
  • Ensure that the shop drawing are aligned with approved pre-computation plan and Incorporated with all necessary provisions as required or requested by other sub-contract works.
  • Ensure that the shop drawing are being revised as to all returned comments made by Consultants as well
  • In charge of providing with adequate dimensions, sections, elevations and details for easy reference as well as checking against co-ordinated information obtained prior to handing over to design
  • In charge of co-ordinator for review and ensuring of the latest information received are captured and correctly interpreted in shop drawings produced and properly filed.
  • Ensure that all information received and keep track from time to time on latest Consultants' revised drawings issued a Architect's instructions issued.
  • Co-ordinated information provided by Design /Drawing Coordinators

Requirement

  • Min Diploma holder in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • Min 3 years of experience in BIMin the building construction industry.
