The posting

Job Description:

  • Lead laboratory studies, fermentation activities, enzyme-related processes, and technical troubleshooting to ensure safe and stable production.
  • Support technology transfer, process scale-up, and implementation of new bioprocesses and biological products into commercial manufacturing.
  • Drive process optimization, productivity improvement, and knowledge retention initiatives for fermentation, enzyme, and bioprocess activities.
  • Ensure all bioprocess-related activities comply with GMP, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and biosafety requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biological Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines. Master’s Degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fermentation, biotechnology, bioprocessing, enzyme technology, biological manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Experience in GMP manufacturing environments is preferred.
  • Experience in technology transfer, process scale-up, process validation, or manufacturing support is preferred.
