Brand Development Manager (amber)

More than a Brand Development Manager, I am the drivingforce behind amber’s identity, growth, and future.

As the lead of amber, you will play a key role in shapingthe brand, developing your team, and creating an exceptional experience for ourmembers. We are seeking a passionate, experienced and self-motivated individualwith strong studio management and coaching experience, who understands thefitness industry and has the vision to take amber to the next level. Responsibilities:

· Takeoverall ownership of brand identity, ensuring the outlet(s) consistentlyreflect the vision and customer experience.

· Actas the face and key representative of amber, building strong relationships withmembers, clients, and staff.

· Overseethe day-to-day management and fitness operations, providing ongoing guidanceand support for coaches to maintain consistent standards delivered across theoutlet(s).

· Developand implement training programmes and coaching methodologies that align withcurrent fitness trends and amber’s brand philosophy.

· Workclosely with management and other related functions to develop and executeamber’s short & long-term business and brand strategies, including newprogrammes, activities, and growth opportunities.

· Monitoramber’s overall performance, including the promotion and sales of membershippackages, and provide regular operational and brand development reportscovering key achievements, challenges, sales performance, and recommendations.

· Fostera strong team culture and sense of ownership, taking responsibility for peoplemanagement; team performance, development and motivation, while creating anenvironment where the team is aligned with amber’s vision and motivated to growtogether.
