Job Summary

Step into a high-impact career as a Building Surveyor / Project Manager with Vision Building Forensics. Manage the technical health of diverse property portfolios across Singapore, delivering expert building pathology diagnostics and project leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose complex building pathology issues to provide high-value advisory services to asset owners
  • Lead projects from diagnostic surveys and tender analysis through contract administration to ensure zero-defect delivery
  • Manage the technical performance and condition of diverse building portfolios across Singapore
  • Communicate technical findings clearly and effectively to non-technical clients through strong verbal and written skills
  • Exercise technical autonomy to go beyond basic inspections and deliver comprehensive building health assessments
  • Follow a structured career progression roadmap from Graduate/Assistant Surveyor to Project Director

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Built Environment, Building Surveying, Project Management, or Civil Engineering
  • Passion for building pathology and project execution
  • Meticulous attention to detail
