Responsibilities

  • Drive buses to provide safe, smooth, and pleasant journeys for passengers
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bus throughout the shift to ensure a comfortable environment
  • Follow allocated driving schedules and timing to meet operational requirements
  • Deliver courteous and professional service to all passengers and customers
  • Comply with the company’s operational standards and procedures consistently
  • Perform comprehensive bus maintenance according to the main schedule to ensure vehicle reliability
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and represent the company professionally at all times
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to support operational needs
  • Carry out additional related duties as assigned to support team and company objectives

Required competencies and certifications

  • Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence
  • Possess at least 3 years of relevant bus driving experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Possess a valid LTA Bus Vocational Licence (advantageous but not mandatory)
  • Demonstrate responsibility and effective time management skills
  • Exhibit good work conduct and a strong, positive work attitude
