The posting

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate company buses to transport passengers, employees, or students safely along assigned routes and schedules.

* Ensure strict compliance with traffic regulations, road safety standards, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines.

* Perform daily pretrip vehicle checks, monitoring fuel levels, tire condition, and vehicle cleanliness to ensure roadworthiness.

* Maintain accurate trip logs, passenger headcounts, and daily mileage records.

* Manage route timings efficiently while ensuring passenger safety and comfort during transit.

* Promptly report any vehicle mechanical issues, traffic accidents, or route delays to the Operations Manager.

* Assist passengers with luggage handling or boarding assistance when operational needs arise.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Possess a valid Singapore Class 4 / Class 4A Driving License

* Familiar with Singapore roads, expressways, and traffic routes.

* Good driving record with a strong focus on safety, punctuality, and customer service.

* Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism when interacting with passengers.

* Ability to work independently and adapt to flexible shift schedules (including early morning/split shifts or weekends) based on operational needs.
