Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Central, Singapore Job Type: Contract - 12 Months

Role: We are looking for a Business Analyst to gather, analyse, and document business requirements while working closely with stakeholders and technical teams. The role will help improve business processes and ensure solutions align with organisational needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop business process flows, user journeys, and functional specifications that address the needs of corporate clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to define and document functional and non-functional requirements for business banking capabilities, including account services, payments, cash management, corporate cards, trade finance, loans, and user administration.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure screen designs meet business banking usability standards and align with business and functional requirements.
  • Liaise with technology teams to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and scalable solutions.
  • Review User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases and acceptance criteria to ensure alignment with documented business requirements.
  • Validate UAT results and outputs to ensure the solution meets business requirements and expected outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking, financial services, or fintech projects.
  • Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Strong skills in business requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technology teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in business banking, corporate banking, or financial services projects would be an advantage.
