Responsibilities

  • Drive business outcomes by managing a product end-to-end, from problem definition through release and continuous improvement.
  • Interview stakeholders and users to understand the problem space and define clear problem statements.
  • Develop proposals to justify resource allocation and secure funding.
  • Define success measures and set up dashboards to monitor progress.
  • Identify hypotheses, develop product strategies, and define initiatives to achieve product outcomes.
  • Create product roadmaps and work with the team to ensure timely achievement of goals.
  • Collaborate with designers and software engineers to develop, test, and release products.
  • Measure outcomes and continuously improve the product to drive results.
  • Engage with and support users to drive product adoption.

Experience & Skills

  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes.
  • End-to-end experience working with design and engineering teams to build products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage senior-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with Confluence, JIRA, and Balsamiq is a plus.
  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Product Management, or a related field is a plus.
  • Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis Professional are a plus.
